We are not a repair service and not a technician network, so we cannot diagnose your appliance, quote a repair, supply parts, process a warranty claim or contact a manufacturer for you. For warranty, recall and service questions, contact the manufacturer’s support line or an authorised service provider for your model.
If you smell gas, see scorching or sparking, or suspect a refrigerant leak, stop using the appliance and contact your gas utility, fire service or a qualified professional — do not wait for an email reply.
